We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager – HR Generalist to join a well-established Group / Holding Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in handling HR operations within Group Companies / Multi-Entity Organizations and must be fluent in both Arabic and English.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
◆ Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple group entities
◆ Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & performance management
◆ Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
◆ Manage employee lifecycle processes, leave administration & payroll inputs
◆ Prepare HR reports, dashboards & management updates
◆ Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities
◆ Coordinate with management on HR operational improvements and strategic HR initiatives
◆ Maintain HRMS records and employee documentation accurately

🎯 REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
✔ 6–8 years of HR Generalist experience
✔ Minimum 2–3 years in an Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR role
✔ Mandatory experience within Group Companies / Holding Companies / Multi-Entity Organizations
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
✔ Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken) – Mandatory
✔ Proficient in HRMS and MS Office applications
✔ Strong communication, analytical & organizational skills
