Position Open: WH Supervisor
Job Location: UAE

Job Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management: Supervising daily station operations, including staff and equipment management.
2. Staff Management: Managing and training staff on customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
3. When the line haul vehicles arrived, organize the arrival of shipments;
4. Be responsible for the Sorting of parcels and dispatching the parcels;
5. Monitor couriers to delivery the parcels to customers properly;
6. Supervise the couriers to hand over COD to the company’s finance department on the same day to control financial risks.
7. Be responsible for the real-time feedback of delivery orders, follow up on delivery results, and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Summarize various delivery management reports every day, and improve the operation of the station based on the data indicators disclosed by the customer service department;
9. Arrangement of distribution areas, division of sections, optimization of routes, etc
Job Requirements:
1. Must require 5 years UAE experience in any courier or last mile delivery company
2. Should be a graduate
3. Can communicate in English and Hindi
4. Immediate joiners required
5. Candidate should be available in UAE for face to face interview
6. Well versed in Excel
