We are hiring a Help Point Consultant for one of our Client in UAE
Salary – AED 7000
Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
-As a HelpPoint Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
-The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
-1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a helpdesk or contact center environment.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
-Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements. -Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
