Job Position – Admission & Discharge Officer

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle patient admission and discharge processes efficiently.
-Ensure accuracy in patient documentation and records.
-Coordinate with billing, insurance, and other departments for smooth operations.
-Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and families.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
– Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospital admissions/discharge or front office role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of hospital systems and insurance processes is an added advantage.
