🔹 Open Positions:
1. Sales Manager
Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
2. Marketing Manager
Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in real estate or property development)
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
Creative mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
3. Projects/ Manager
Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate development / construction project management
Strong background in planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
PMP or similar certification is a plus
