🔹 Responsibilities:

Deliver fun and structured netball sessions by age and level.

Develop players’ technical skills, fitness, and game understanding.

Plan training sessions in line with the academy’s philosophy.

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment.

Support academy tournaments and events.

Communicate effectively with parents and management.

🔹 Requirements:

Proven experience in coaching netball (school/club/academy).

Recognized coaching qualification (minimum Level 1 or equivalent).

Strong communication, motivation, and group management skills.

Ability to maintain discipline positively.

Passion for netball and sports development in the UAE.

Valid UAE driving license + car (essential).

Female candidates are strongly encouraged.
