We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager to run a high-volume distribution hub in Dubai. If you’ve led warehouse operations in a fast-paced trading or FMCG setup—and know how to deliver both speed and accuracy—this one’s for you. hashtag#startupvibes hashtag#handson
You’ll own the full warehouse cycle: inbound, outbound, inventory control, space planning, safety, and team productivity. This is not a clipboard job. We’re looking for someone who can manage fleet dispatch at 5 a.m., handle a last-minute urgent delivery, and still spot inefficiencies in pick-path design.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
Ensure FIFO, stock accuracy, and tight turnaround times
Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and dispatch plans
Manage 3PL/vendor relationships where needed
Build a performance-driven culture across blue-collar and supervisory teams
Ensure safety and compliance across the board
What You Bring
10+ years in warehouse or distribution management
Deep familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and real-world dispatch planning
Experience handling chilled, frozen, or dry goods preferred
Strong team management skills—on the floor, not from a desk
UAE distribution/logistics experience is a must
