• JD:
1) Report on the progress of the project implementation
2) monitor the performance of the quality management system across technology department
3)assure consistency of services provided by Etisalat Technology Department
4) ensure effectiveness of procedures controls through validating processes performance dashboards & internal auditing
5) develop  new policies, guidelines and procedures

• Qualification: bachelor of engineering
• Experience: 3 years or more in quality management and performance or similar field + MS Office and Visio

• Salary: 8937 AED + NAFIS
• Languages: Excellent command of English
• location: DUBAI
• Workdays: 3 in office and 2 remotely
• Work Hours: 8 hours per day
