Job Description:
Fletcher Piccolo Associates is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead human resources functions and develop strategic initiatives that support organizational growth across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Leadership: Develop HR policies, practices, and frameworks aligned with business goals.

Recruitment: Oversee talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and hiring processes.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns effectively.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and visa regulations.

Performance Management: Design and implement appraisal systems, KPIs, and evaluation processes.

Training & Development: Develop programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and retention.
