📢We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant
(Contracting-Industrial services)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the contracting / construction industry to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of Gulf experience and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, preparing reports, and supporting management with financial planning and analysis.

*JOB DESCRIPTIONS:*

1 ~Recording Transactions – Enter daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
2~Bookkeeping – Maintain ledgers, journals, and ensure proper documentation.
3~Accounts Payable – Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
4~Accounts Receivable – Prepare invoices, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.
5~Bank Reconciliation – Match bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
6~Payroll Management – Process salaries, allowances, deductions, and prepare payroll reports.
7~Petty Cash Handling – Maintain petty cash records and reconcile balances.
8~Forecasting – Provide financial forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
9~Financial Statements – Prepare balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statements.
10~Tax Compliance – Prepare and file VAT/corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
11~Audit Preparation – Provide data and reports for internal/external auditors.
12 ~Fixed Assets Management – Maintain asset register, calculate depreciation, and support asset audits.
13 ~Cash Flow Management – Monitor inflows and outflows to maintain liquidity.
14~Financial Analysis – Provide cost, profit, and performance analysis for management decisions.
15 ~Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
16 ~Reporting to Management – Provide timely MIS (Management Information System) reports.
17 ~Contract & Agreement Review – Review financial terms in vendor/customer contracts.
18 ~Bank Liaison – Coordinate with banks for loans, facilities, and financial arrangements.
19 ~Subcontractor / Supplier Handling Confidentiality – Ensure all financial data is handled securely and professionally.

*Requirements*

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields .
• Minimum 7–10 years of proven Gulf experience in accounting within a contracting / construction company.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in English , Hindi .
