🚨 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Retail Solutions (GCC)

📍 Based in UAE and willing to travel across the Middle East

Are you a driven sales professional with deep connections in the retail and distribution space?

Bernardi Group is expanding in the Middle East, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in providing shelving, high racks, checkouts, and custom shopfitting solutions to top retailers and distributors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Drive and execute sales strategies across the GCC
✔️ Expand our network of retail & distribution partners
✔️ Conduct market visits and analyze competition
✔️ Work closely with internal teams (product, logistics, finance)

What You Bring:
– 5+ years’ sales experience in the retail solutions sector
– Strong network of retail procurement managers and distributors in the GCC
– Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
– UAE Driving License (preferred)
