Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in UC and networking products.
This role involves working closely with our sales team, vendors, and customers to provide expert technical guidance, solution design, and product demonstrations that align with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable UC and networking solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to clients.
• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFQs by preparing technical documentation, solution designs, and BOMs.
• Work with vendors to ensure proposed solutions are up to date with the latest product offerings and best practices.
• Support the sales process by addressing technical queries and providing post-meeting follow-up.
• Conduct product training for internal teams and partners to enhance solution-selling capabilities.
• Stay updated on the latest UC and networking trends, competitive products, and industry advancements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ hands-on experience with Unified Communications and networking products (e.g., IP telephony, video conferencing, switches, routers, firewalls).
• Knowledge of brands like Cisco, Avaya, Poly, Yealink, Grandstream, Aruba, HP, etc., is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP protocols, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
• Vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, ACMP, Microsoft Teams Voice, etc.) are a plus.
