Candidate Requirements
CACHE Level 5 or Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Early Childhood Education
Fluency in English and Arabic
Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or senior educator role
Strong organisational, leadership, and people-management skills
A genuine passion for quality early years education and nursery operations
