On behalf of a leading client in the UAE, we are hiring an experienced HR professional.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
👉 Experience: 3+ years of HOME COUNTRY experience in Human Resource (mandatory)

We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions including employee engagement, payroll, HR policies, compliance, performance management, and learning & development. The role supports business goals by building a strong and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage employee engagement, relations, payroll, and statutory compliance
· Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to labor and employment laws
· Drive performance management, training, and leadership development initiatives
· Provide HR analytics and reporting using Advanced Excel #AdvanceExcel

Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of payroll, and HR operations
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field with relevant experience
