• Manage interviews and coordinate with department heads
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Support onboarding and HR operations

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HR Recruiter (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability is preferred
