Urgent hiring for one of our clients in Dubai.
Position: “HR Coordinator”
Salary: Up to AED 4000
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
· Manage the onboarding & offboarding of employees.
· Assist with payroll calculation, leave salary, encashment, loans
· Process visa requests and coordinate medical insurance transactions.
· Maintain employee files, both physical and electronic and record employee attendance.
· Follow up with employee grievances and issues.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, Induction, Exit formality etc.)
· Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
· Proficient in MS Office & Advance Excel; knowledge of HRMS.
· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
