We are seeking a Senior General Insurance Officer to join our growing team in Dubai!
As a key member of our operations, you will handle policy management, underwriting, claims processing, and client servicing across various lines of general insurance. You’ll also play a vital role in compliance, negotiation, and continuous process improvement to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

#Key_Responsibilities:

-Manage end-to-end general insurance operations including policy issuance, underwriting, and claims.
-Negotiate policy terms and settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
-Provide strategic compliance support to management and implement updated procedures.
-Foster strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
-Continuously streamline processes to enhance service delivery and productivity.

#Requirements:

✅ Knowledge of General Insurance, Insurance Policies, and Underwriting
✅3+ years of proven experience with insurance brokers in Dubai is mandatory
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
✅ Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships
✅ Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
