*Role Description:*
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our academy in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The coach will be responsible for planning and delivering dynamic training sessions aligned with the academy’s philosophy and methodology, developing individual player skills, and preparing teams for competitive matches.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Conduct engaging and age-appropriate football training sessions.
Create structured training plans based on player level and ability.
Motivate, mentor, and inspire players to build confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Ensure a safe, positive, and disciplined training environment.
Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with academy staff for tournaments, events, and player progress reports.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
Minimum UEFA C / AFC C Coaching Certificate.
At least 2 years of coaching experience.
Fluent in English (mandatory requirement).
Strong football knowledge and practical coaching skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational abilities.
Ability to work effectively with players of all age groups.
Knowledge of safety and basic first aid practices.
Passion for player development and football education.
