Hiring | Filipina Admin Coordinator (Dubai UAE)

Our Lebanese Restaurant Group is seeking a professional and well-organized Filipina Admin Coordinator to support our senior management team and join immediately.
Reporting to:
• Group Senior Operations Manager
• Group Executive Chef
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing calendars, schedules, and appointments for the Manager and the Chef
• Handling emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of management
• Providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support
• Assisting with documentation, reports, and coordination tasks
• Ensuring smooth communication and organization across departments
Requirements:
• Filipina, currently based in Dubai
• Available to join immediately
• Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (F&B / hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 plus tips and other benefits (based on experience)
