We are looking for a dynamic and trend-savvy Events Specialist to join our team!
This role involves developing fresh ideas, managing client relationships, and executing impactful events and brand activations.

✨ Key Responsibilities
Creative Ideation
• Develop innovative concepts for live events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into creative, memorable experiences.
• Stay updated on trends in events and experiential marketing.

Client Management
• Serve as the main contact for retail clients with clear, consistent communication.
• Understand client goals and convert them into creative strategies.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Project Execution
• Oversee the delivery of campaigns and activations from concept to completion.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality results.

Business Development
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support in pitching and developing proposals for new business.
• Stay aware of emerging retail and experiential trends.

✅ Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in the UAE in events or experiential marketing.
• Strong skills in ideation, conceptualization, and pitching.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of event trends, production, and vendor coordination.
