E-commerce Sales Executive / CSR

Job Description

Meer Group is looking for a E-commerce Sales Executive / CSR to join our E-commerce Services Project in Deira, Dubai.

📍 Location: Deira, Dubai
🕒 Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage incoming leads & convert them into successful sales
✅ Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, chat) professionally
✅ Build & maintain strong client relationships
✅ Support e-commerce operations (listing, pricing, promotions, order management)

Requirements:
🔹 Excellent communication in English & Arabic (mandatory)
🔹 Experience in e-commerce sales/customer service preferred
🔹 Strong negotiation & closing skills
🔹 Basic knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Noon & Shopify is a plus
