Job Description

Ultimate HR Solutions is hiring for customer service representative for one of the leading telecom industry in UAE .
Location – UAE
Salary – AED 5000/-

Role –
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing accurate and efficient customer support.
Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer effective solutions to resolve their issues.
Navigate through multiple computer systems and databases simultaneously while assisting customers.
Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
Provide product information, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide customers through various processes.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirement:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO/contact centre/ Telecom Industry.
Excellent written and verbal skills  .
