📍 Location: Dubai

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries
• Utilize strong knowledge of automotive processes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for a seamless experience

✅ Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of automotive processes (essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driving license (added advantage)
