Performance & KPIs: Monitor service levels, manage workforce planning, and achieve operational targets.
Process Improvement: Drive policies, technologies, and best practices to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact, aligning with client and business objectives.
Training & Development: Ensure staff are trained in customer service, compliance, and system usage.
