WE’RE HIRING | QA ENGINEER – OIL & GAS

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
🛢 Industry: Oil & Gas Construction (EPC / Projects)
📅 Experience: 15+ Years
🌍 Requirement: UAE/GCC experience is a must

🛠 Key Responsibilities Include:
✅ Implementing and maintaining project-specific Quality Plans & ITPs
✅ Preparing Quality Manuals, KPIs, and ISO documentation
✅ Overseeing site activities across Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation
✅ Performing audits (internal & client-facing) and managing NCRs
✅ Leading root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement
✅ Ensuring compliance with ASME/API standards and project specifications
✅ Coordinating with construction teams, subcontractors & third-party inspectors
✅ Conducting toolbox talks, QMS awareness sessions, and equipment calibration checks

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline)
✔ Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas construction
✔ Lead Auditor certification preferred
✔ Strong command of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
✔ In-depth knowledge of ASME, API standards, and construction codes
✔ Familiar with welding, NDE methods (RT, UT, PT, MT), hydrotesting, GRE, E&I, civil work
