*Hiring: IT Support Specialist*

Serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage and update support tickets
Maintain documentation and create knowledge base articles
Provide remote assistance and conduct user training
Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration

Experience: 2–4 years in IT support
