We Are Hiring HR Generalist | Oil and Gas industry
Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Industry: Oil & Gas
Salary Range: 10k
Working days: 6 days
Experience: 3-7 years in HR Generalist role, with a focus on oil and gas or similar industry.Preferably Female

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement HR policies, standards, processes, and procedures
– Conduct training needs analysis and design cost-effective training programs
– Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring confidentiality of HR records
– Facilitate employee induction, orientation, and training programs
– Monitor and respond to competitor activity and evolving local demographic trends
– Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams for seamless category execution
– Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions

📚Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
