We’re Hiring: General Manager – Bitta BJJ Gym (Abu Dhabi)
Nationality: Any (must be UAE-based)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven General Manager to lead daily operations at our Abu Dhabi gym. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, excellent member experience, and strong alignment with our values of discipline, excellence, and community.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily gym operations (6:00 AM – 9:30 PM), ensuring high standards of cleanliness and readiness
Manage non-coaching staff (reception, cleaning, café/barista), including KPIs and performance
Coordinate class schedules, coach shifts, and weekly team alignment
Handle daily cash closing, reporting, and financial accuracy
Ensure exceptional member experience from inquiry to retention
Act as brand ambassador, maintaining professional standards
Oversee CRM, check-in systems, and operational technology
Manage merchandise, stock, and inventory control

Requirements

Experience in operations or general management (fitness, hospitality, or luxury service preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Tech-savvy (CRM & operational systems)
Customer-focused mindset
