As a It specialist I’m responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient network infrastructures that support business operations and growth.

*Provide first-level technical support to to internal teams (designers, marketers, account managers,etc)
* Install , configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
* Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
* Support users with basic network connectivity issues and account access problems
* Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or issues
* Maintain accurate records of IT assets, repairs, and support tickets
* Assist in setting up user accounts and workstations for new employees
* Ensure all systems are backed up and secure according to company policies
* Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors
* Troubleshoot software and hardware issues quickly to minimize downtime
* Maintain secure Wi-Fi networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues
