#Hiring for our client, a reputed fintech company in UAE for the role of Digital Acquisition Supervisor.<\/p>\n
Location – Dubai
\nSalary – Up to 13000 AED + Incentives
\nDepartment: Sales and Distribution<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience: 5 years Tele Sales experience or in similar field preferred from Banking industry.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Oversee outbound sales and customer retention initiatives by guiding and supporting the team in generating leads, handling inbound inquiries, and ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor and enhance customer engagement strategies by ensuring the team effectively communicates product and service offerings using approved scripts and best practices.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Drive team performance by setting clear sales targets, tracking progress, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support sales negotiations and objection handling by coaching team members on effective techniques to close deals successfully.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure accurate documentation and reporting by supervising customer interactions and maintaining records.
\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Oversee follow-ups on sales prospects and pending applications, ensuring timely resolution and support for customers throughout the onboarding process.
\n7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Promote product and services by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities while ensuring the team maximizes business potential.
\n8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including data privacy, security protocols, and operational guidelines.
\n9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide leadership and support to the team, offering guidance, training, and motivation to enhance performance and professional growth.
\n10.\u00a0\u00a0Perform other supervisory duties as assigned by the line manager, including process improvements and strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n
Job Specific Skills:
\n–\u00a0Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n–\u00a0\u00a0Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) proprietary software programs and internet browsers.<\/p>\n
