Position: “HR Coordinator”
\nSalary: Up to AED 4000
\nLocation: Dubai<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u00b7\u00a0Manage the onboarding & offboarding of employees.
\n\u00b7\u00a0Assist with payroll calculation, leave salary, encashment, loans
\n\u00b7\u00a0Process visa requests and coordinate medical insurance transactions.
\n\u00b7\u00a0Maintain employee files, both physical and electronic and record employee attendance.
\n\u00b7\u00a0Follow up with employee grievances and issues.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u00b7\u00a0Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, Induction, Exit formality etc.)
\n\u00b7\u00a0Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
\n\u00b7\u00a0Proficient in MS Office & Advance Excel; knowledge of HRMS.
\n\u00b7\u00a0Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities<\/p>\n
