We are seeking a Senior General Insurance Officer to join our growing team in Dubai!
\nAs a key member of our operations, you will handle policy management, underwriting, claims processing, and client servicing across various lines of general insurance. You\u2019ll also play a vital role in compliance, negotiation, and continuous process improvement to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
#Key_Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
-Manage end-to-end general insurance operations including policy issuance, underwriting, and claims.
\n-Negotiate policy terms and settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
\n-Provide strategic compliance support to management and implement updated procedures.
\n-Foster strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
\n-Continuously streamline processes to enhance service delivery and productivity.<\/p>\n
#Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2705 Knowledge of General Insurance, Insurance Policies, and Underwriting
\n \u27053+ years of proven experience with insurance brokers in Dubai is mandatory
\n \u2705 Strong communication and negotiation skills
\n \u2705 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
\n \u2705 Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships
\n \u2705 Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
\n \u2705 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
\n \u2705 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field<\/p>\n
