Role Description
\nThis is a full-time HR Business Partner role located on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\n– Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
\n– Knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
\n– Proficiency in Performance Management
\n– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
\n– Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
\n– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field<\/p>\n
