The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an excellent customer service attitude, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n1. Real Estate Administration:<br \/>\nManage and process all real estate documentation, including contracts, agreements, and property-related forms.<br \/>\nCoordinate property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available across internal systems and external platforms.<br \/>\nLiaise with clients, developers, and agents to schedule property viewings, inspections, and meetings.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of transactions, agreements, and related documents.<br \/>\nSupport the real estate team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and managing client communications.<br \/>\n2.
