Responsibilities:
\nAssist in day-to-day HR operations and administration.<\/p>\n
Maintain employee records and HR databases.<\/p>\n
Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding.<\/p>\n
Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.<\/p>\n
Assist in the preparation of reports and HR documentation.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.<\/p>\n
