\nQAF Closets is looking for a confident and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to join our team.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2705 Assist in HR operations and recruitment activities
\n\u2705 Conduct interview calls and coordinate with candidates
\n\u2705 Support payroll and attendance-related work
\n\u2705 Handle employee documentation and administrative records
\n\u2705 Collect daily checklists from all departments
\n\u2705 Follow up on pending tasks with Production, Sales, Cutlist Managers, and other concerned departments
\n\u2705 Maintain proper reporting and coordination between departments<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2714 Candidates (Females) on spouse visa own visa preferred
\n\u2714 2\u20133 years of relevant UAE experience in HR\/Admin support
\n\u2714 Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
\n\u2714 Confident personality with good coordination skills
\n\u2714 Ability to manage follow-ups and multitask efficiently<\/p>\n
