\nNationality: Any (must be UAE-based)<\/p>\n
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven General Manager to lead daily operations at our Abu Dhabi gym. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, excellent member experience, and strong alignment with our values of discipline, excellence, and community.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee daily gym operations (6:00 AM \u2013 9:30 PM), ensuring high standards of cleanliness and readiness
\nManage non-coaching staff (reception, cleaning, caf\u00e9\/barista), including KPIs and performance
\nCoordinate class schedules, coach shifts, and weekly team alignment
\nHandle daily cash closing, reporting, and financial accuracy
\nEnsure exceptional member experience from inquiry to retention
\nAct as brand ambassador, maintaining professional standards
\nOversee CRM, check-in systems, and operational technology
\nManage merchandise, stock, and inventory control<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Experience in operations or general management (fitness, hospitality, or luxury service preferred)
\nStrong leadership and team management skills
\nHighly organized with attention to detail
\nStrong communication skills
\nTech-savvy (CRM & operational systems)
\nCustomer-focused mindset<\/p>\n

\nSalary: AED 15,000\/month
