We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Draftsman with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out, Architecture, and Main Contracting projects.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in preparing detailed shop drawings, execution drawings, architectural detailing, and high-quality 3D renderings for commercial, residential, hospitality, and high-end fit-out projects.<\/p>\n

\n\ud83d\udd39 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\u25c6 Prepare detailed interior fit-out shop drawings, joinery drawings, ceiling layouts, partition details, and reflected ceiling plans
\n\u25c6 Develop tender drawings, as-built drawings, and execution drawings based on project requirements
\n\u25c6 Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and\/or Corona Renderer
\n\u25c6 Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, project managers, and site engineers for drawing approvals and revisions
\n\u25c6 Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and client standards
\n\u25c6 Prepare material submission drawings and technical detailing for site execution
\n\u25c6 Convert design concepts into accurate technical and execution-ready drawings
\n\u25c6 Maintain proper documentation and revision control for all project drawings and submissions
\n\u25c6 Support site execution teams by resolving drawing coordination and design-related issues
\n\u25c6 Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project deadlines<\/p>\n

\u2714 Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field
\n\u2714 Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Interior Draftsman within Interior Fit-Out \/ Architecture \/ Main Contracting companies
\n\u2714 Strong experience in detailed fit-out shop drawings and execution drawings
\n\u2714 Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
\n\u2714 Strong working knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, and\/or Corona Renderer
\n\u2714 Previous experience working with Main Contractors is mandatory
\n\u2714 Strong understanding of interior fit-out standards, architectural detailing, and site coordination
\n\u2714 Ability to interpret design intent and convert concepts into execution-ready drawings
\n\u2714 Strong communication and coordination skills
\n\u2714 UAE experience preferred
