We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager \u2013 HR Generalist to join a well-established Group \/ Holding Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in handling HR operations within Group Companies \/ Multi-Entity Organizations and must be fluent in both Arabic and English.<\/p>\n

\u25c6 Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple group entities
\n\u25c6 Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & performance management
\n\u25c6 Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
\n\u25c6 Manage employee lifecycle processes, leave administration & payroll inputs
\n\u25c6 Prepare HR reports, dashboards & management updates
\n\u25c6 Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities
\n\u25c6 Coordinate with management on HR operational improvements and strategic HR initiatives
\n\u25c6 Maintain HRMS records and employee documentation accurately<\/p>\n

\u2714 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
\n\u2714 6\u20138 years of HR Generalist experience
\n\u2714 Minimum 2\u20133 years in an Assistant HR Manager \/ Senior HR role
\n\u2714 Mandatory experience within Group Companies \/ Holding Companies \/ Multi-Entity Organizations
\n\u2714 Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
\n\u2714 Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken) \u2013 Mandatory
\n\u2714 Proficient in HRMS and MS Office applications
\n\u2714 Strong communication, analytical & organizational skills<\/p>\n
