We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hiring Manager (Talent Acquisition Manager) to lead and manage the company\u2019s recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across technical, sales, engineering, and corporate functions while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company growth plans
\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
\nPartner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
\nSource candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking
\nConduct interviews and coordinate technical assessments where required
\nBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
\nEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and company hiring policies
\nManage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
\nTrack recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
\nImprove recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
\n1\u20133 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
\nStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices
\nExperience recruiting for technical, engineering, sales, or construction roles preferred
\nExcellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities
\nAbility to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
\nProficiency in recruitment platforms and HR software<\/p>\n
