Dubai Property Snagging is looking for a highly experienced Snagging Inspector to join our professional team in Dubai. You will conduct thorough property inspections, identify defects, and deliver detailed snagging reports for residential and commercial properties across the UAE. *Key Responsibilities*<\/p>\n
– Conduct comprehensive snagging and property inspections on new and existing developments
\n– Identify structural, mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic defects during inspections
\n– Use advanced inspection tools including thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters
\n– Prepare detailed, professional snagging reports with photographs and findings
\n– Liaise with developers, contractors, and clients to communicate and follow up on defect resolutions
\n– Ensure all inspections comply with RERA, DED, and UAE construction quality standards
\n– Manage multiple inspections daily with punctuality and professionalism
\n– Support clients with post-handover snagging and follow-up visits<\/p>\n

*Requirements*<\/p>\n
– Minimum 15 years of experience in property snagging, inspection, or construction quality control
\n– Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction standards, and handover processes
\n– Proficiency in using snagging software, thermal imaging equipment, and inspection tools
\n– Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
\n– Valid UAE driving license
\n– InterNACHI, RICS, or equivalent property inspection certification (preferred)
\n– Proven track record of delivering high-quality inspection reports
\n– Ability to work independently and manage a busy inspection schedule<\/p>\n
