Our Lebanese Restaurant Group is seeking a professional and well-organized Filipina Admin Coordinator to support our senior management team and join immediately.<\/p>\n
Reporting to:
\n\u2022 Group Senior Operations Manager
\n\u2022 Group Executive Chef<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Managing calendars, schedules, and appointments for the Manager and the Chef
\n\u2022 Handling emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of management
\n\u2022 Providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support
\n\u2022 Assisting with documentation, reports, and coordination tasks
\n\u2022 Ensuring smooth communication and organization across departments<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022 Filipina, currently based in Dubai
\n\u2022 Available to join immediately
\n\u2022 Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (F&B \/ hospitality experience is an advantage)
\n\u2022 Strong organizational and communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
\n\u2022 Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented<\/p>\n
Salary: AED 3,000 \u2013 4,000 plus tips and other benefits (based on experience)<\/p>\n
