We are hiring a Help Point Consultant for one of our Client in UAE

\nSalary \u2013 AED 7000<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities:
\n-Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
\n-As a HelpPoint Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
\n-The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\n-High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
\n-1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a helpdesk or contact center environment.
\n-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
\n-Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.
\n-Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements. -Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service<\/p>\n
