We are looking for a customer-focused Teller who is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi to join our branch operations team in Dubai.
\nRole Highlights:
\nForeign currency buy\/sell transactions
\nRemittances, WPS & GPSSA processing
\nAML\/KYC compliance & customer verification
\nCash handling, till balancing & reporting
\nCustomer service & product cross-selling
\nRequirements:
\n\u2022 1\u20133 years of Teller \/ Cashier experience (exchange house or bank preferred)
\n\u2022 Fluency in English (Mandatory) , Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, Russian (Speaking)
\n\u2022 Strong numerical accuracy & customer handling skills
\n\u2022 Willingness to work rotational shifts
