Kinetics Group is looking for an experienced Inventory & Procurement Executive to manage stock control, purchasing operations, and import\/export shipments while ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.<\/p>\n
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in inventory control, procurement, and freight coordination within a structured supply chain environment.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Manage inventory levels, forecasting & stock audits
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Coordinate import\/export documentation & freight logistics
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Ensure quality control of received goods & resolve discrepancies
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Maintain ERP records & generate procurement reports<\/p>\n
\u2714 Requirements:
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u20603\u20135 years of experience in inventory control & procurement
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Minimum 3 years coordinating import\/export & freight forwarding
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Strong knowledge of import\/export processes
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
\n\u2022\u2060\u00a0\u2060Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills<\/p>\n
