Job Title: PRO (Public Relations Officer)

\nJob Summary
\nWe are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO)\u00a0with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and government relations. While this role does not\u00a0involve visa typing or routine application processing, the candidate must have a solid understanding of the end-to-end visa and immigration processes\u00a0in order to resolve complex and escalated cases\u00a0effectively.
\nThe role focuses on handling labour complaints, labour camp management, license renewals, and WPS-related issues, and acting as a key liaison with UAE government authorities.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other authorities
\n2. Handle labour complaints, disputes, and MOHRE cases, including mediation and follow-ups
\n3. Provide solutions for complex labour law and compliance issues
\n4. Oversee labour camp compliance, inspections, and authority requirements
\n5. Manage company license renewals\u00a0and related government approvals
\n6. Handle WPS issues, including blocks, fines, and unblocking procedures
\n7. Support HR and management on escalated regulatory and compliance matters
\n8. Coordinate and respond to government inspections, audits, and official inquiries
\n9. Stay updated on UAE labour and immigration regulations\u00a0and advise accordingly
\nRequirements
\n1. Minimum 5 years PRO experience\u00a0in the UAE
\n2. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE systems
\n3. Clear understanding of visa and immigration processes\u00a0(no typing required)
\n4. Hands-on experience with labour complaints, WPS blocks\/unblocks, and inspections
\n5. Experience managing labour camps\u00a0and compliance matters
\n6. Fluent in Arabic\u00a0(mandatory); good command of English
\n7. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills<\/p>\n
