Experience : Min 2yrs of UAE experience as Admin Assistant with order processing experience, preferably in the Fragrance, Perfume, or \u00a0Manufacturing\u00a0 Industry <\/p>\n
Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with proven order processing experience in the fragrance, perfume or any \u00a0Manufacturing\u00a0 industry. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations while managing customer orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide general administrative support to the Regional Manager\u00a0
\n\u2022 Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and handle routine office tasks
\n\u2022 Prepare reports, records of orders, contracts, customer data etc as needed
\n\u2022 Handle customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, lead times, and documentation
\n\u2022 Process sales orders accurately from receiving till dispatch
\n\u2022 Prepare and process invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
\n\u2022 Monitor order status, backorders, and delivery schedules; proactively resolve issues<\/p>\n
