Job Title: HR Officer

\nReports To: Group HR Manager \/ Administrative Manager<\/p>\n
Job Summary
\nThe HR Officer is responsible for supporting and improving
\nhuman resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and
\ncompliance with labor laws. The role ensures effective HR operations and a positive work environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nRecruitment & Onboarding
\nCoordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection
\nPrepare employment contracts and onboarding
\ndocumentation
\nFacilitate employee orientation and induction programs
\nEmployee Relations
\nAct as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
\nSupport conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
\nPromote a positive and inclusive workplace culture<\/p>\n
HR Administration
\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases
\nManage attendance, leave, and personnel files
\nPrepare HR reports and documentation as required
\nPayroll & Benefits Support
\nCoordinate with finance or payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll processing
\nAdminister employee benefits and respond to related queries
\nQualifications & Requirements
\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related<\/p>\n
