We are seeking an experienced Head of Planning \/ Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning function for large-scale, high-rise developments in Dubai, for a leading construction contracting company!<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
– Lead central & site planning teams
\n– Develop and manage project master programmes
\n– Monitor progress, delays & recovery strategies
\n– Optimise resources & planning performance
\n– Deliver executive-level progress reporting<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
– 8\u201312 years\u2019 planning experience in the GCC
\n– Experience with tier-one contractors on mega high-rise projects
\n– Strong Primavera P6 expertise
\n– Excellent leadership & communication skills<\/p>\n
