Hiring – Recruitment Specialist <\/p>\n
Location: Sharjah – UAE<\/p>\n
Job Description:
\nWe are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and familiar with UAE recruitment practices.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n \u2022 Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
\n \u2022 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
\n \u2022 Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
\n \u2022 Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
\n \u2022 Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
\n \u2022 Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n \u2022 Minimum 2\u20134 years of recruitment experience (UAE\/GCC experience preferred)
\n \u2022 Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes
\n \u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n \u2022 Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
\n \u2022 Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
\n \u2022 Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
\n \u2022 Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE<\/p>\n
